Maui Fitness & Adventure Retreat

South Shore Maui, Hawaii
May 18-24, 2018

Join us for this rare opportunity: a week for yourself, to focus on nothing but body-and-soul health in a beautiful, relaxing environment.

This trip is specially designed for 45+ guys on their own or with a buddy or two. Or come with your better half (think of this as kind of like the yoga retreats she’s done, but with an OlderBeast spin that makes it great for him and her). We expect a mix of singles and couples.

This trip will feel magical while we’re there and send us home feeling a bit transformed…with rich, treasured memories as well as enhanced practical know-how.

We’ve designed everything about this trip so you can:

  • Jump-start or up-level your fitness (and learn things you’ll take home for your personal regimen) — for all fitness levels
  • Get the best of a “yoga” or “wellness” retreat, in a more-varied, adventurous package
  • Enjoy some much-needed adventure on land and sea
  • Eat clean with bountiful, tasty and *good for you* meals (but splurge a little, too)
  • Enjoy the company of a small group of like-minded, 45+ folks
  • Work out, play and chill with world-class trip leaders/faculty

Maui is one of the world’s most beautiful islands. And the Kihei area in South Maui has the the island’s best weather, beautiful sandy beaches, surreal sunsets, and close proximity to the best land- and sea-based adventures.

We’re staying in a one-of-a-kind villa and compound specially-designed for fitness-minded groups: The Wailea Inn.

Think: luxury accommodations with their own “fitness in paradise” facilities, just steps from great beaches, surfing and snorkeling. And, world-class island-style restaurants serving the nearby Four Seasons and other high-end resorts that chose the Kihei area for good reason.

Here are more photos and a video. WARNING: looking at these will cause a near-irresistible urge to be there!

While maintaining time for relaxation, time on your own, and spontaneity…we’ve planned a KILLER array of activities, dude.

Choose some or choose them all, from among:

  • Strength and endurance workouts most days (all levels, variety of styles)
  • Yoga practices most days (all levels, variety of styles)
  • Sea kayaking along remote sea cliffs and to secluded snorkeling spots
  • Snorkeling during excursions…and right outside our door for a “whenever” look at the reef (equipment provided, but bring your own if you have it!)
  • Surf lesson
  • Outrigger canoe paddling/surfing
  • Hiking to swimmable waterfalls and with stunning Pacific ocean views from Maui’s volcanic heights
  • Know-how workshops

You’ll also have the opportunity for an included 1:1 consultation on fitness, yoga or “OlderBeasthood in general” with our faculty.
